Business Development
The Business Development Team is responsible for handling investment and service inquiries from the existing and prospective business community in Burlington. They also facilitate linkages with other Government agencies, coordinate Burlington’s Corporate Calling program, and handle strategic projects that impact the ongoing economic prosperity of the community. The team also creates customized investment proposals and responses for site selectors and real estate professionals.

Marketing & Communications Team
The Marketing & Communications Team Develops and implements BEDC’s annual marketing, corporate communications & events. This includes the development, implementation and evaluation of the organization’s Marketing & Communication Budget strategies, collateral print, electronic media materials, Develops and Manages Corporate Partnership and Revenue Generation Programs and maintain partners and client relations.

- Manages Strategic Partnership Development and BEDC revenue generation programs, i.e. Mayor’s Luncheon Series, Financial District Economic Forecast Breakfast and Entrepreneur of the Year

- Responsible for overseeing the general office administration of BEDC
- Manages Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Responsible for Event Registration; works closely with Marketing & Communications Team on events
- Prepares all Board of Director and Executive Committee reports, agendas & minutes
