Kyle Benham
Executive Director 
Kyle Benham brings over 20 years of municipal and economic development experience to BEDC with expertise in business development and retention, sector and strategic development, investment attraction and land development.   He was most recently Director of Business Development and Retention with the City of Toronto's Department of Economic Development, Culture and Tourism.  The Executive Director of BEDC is responsible for the development and implementation of economic development strategies and initiatives within the City of Burlington.   He also provides leadership and oversight of all areas of BEDC activity and supports the Board of Directors.

Jackie Isada
Manager of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships
Jackie Isada has worked at both the Provincial and Municipal senior levels of economic development for past 15 years. She has developed expertise in the areas of investment marketing, retention, and expansion with the corporate community. The Manger of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships is responsible for the development and implementation of BEDC marketing programs. Specific requirements of this position involve sponsorship, events, publications, special projects and budget management.

Ian Cameron
Manager of Business Development
Ian Cameron brings 20 years of Municipal expertise and management in economic development from the City of Toronto. His responsibilities include generating and responding to new business investment inquiries, working with existing businesses through BEDC's extensive Burlington Calling initiative, expediting processes, roundtables, and review of the development process.

Gillian Sheldon
Key Account Manager
Gillian Sheldon has 20 years progressive experience working in the economic development field internationally, and more recently with BEDC.  The Key Account Manager supports existing businesses through BEDC's business development and retention initiatives, maintains and analyses business and community data, and expedites development processes.  Gillian is also the BEDC lead for the workforce development and intelligent community initiatives.

Angela Arnone
Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator implements BEDC marketing and communications initiatives. Angela generates revenue for BEDC through the development of 12 annual special events; and by facilitating a number of community partnerships. Angela also maintains the BEDC website and project manages the jobsBurlington.ca job site.

Melissa Gibbins
Office Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing the general office administration of BEDC, preparation of all Board of Director and Executive Committee reports, agendas & minutes, manages accounts payables and receivables, and is the first point of contact for general inquiries.
