When an investor has an inquiry regarding land or building availability, Burlington Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) will help you find what is available on the market at this time.  Your inquiry can remain anonymous, at your request.

The inquiry will be forwarded to real estate brokers within the Burlington area.  BEDC receives their responses, sometimes may need to clarify comments, and relays the information onto the investor.

There is no fee for this service.
